I purchased a jalapeno popper salad from here around 745pm on Thursday, January 6th. I woke up around 530am on Friday, January 7th (the following day) and began feeling anxious and nausea. I managed to go back to sleep and woke up again around 820am and immediately regurgitated whole sliced jalapenos. I had digested everything except the jalapenos. It followed with nausea and diarrhea even now as I write the incident.(today is January 7th) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
