I had a large PB Chocolate Love for dinner around 7:00. I went to sleep around 9:00-9:30 but was woken around 11:00 with a sharp pain in my abdomen. After suffering this over and over agin stabbing feeling. I started vomiting around midnight. Then I had diarrhea at the same time I was vomiting. This was off and on continuing for about 6 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
