At tostada with chicken yesterdayUp all day with sever pain in stomach and upper back. Vomited 4- 5times last night. A lot of vomit not just lately very difficult. This morning I feel weak but the nausea has subsided. I can’t eat anything. Food sounds horrible to me so just water.. . I ate a tostada with Chicken.
