ER Visit After Subs - Jimmy John's, La Crosse Wisconsin

Right now throughout the night , I have thoughts it was there  I am unsure if anyone else got sick. But about 10 hours after eating it I started getting a stomach ache and very nauseated and I ended up throwing up and having diarrhea and I have now puked 4 different times every hour or two 
update 02/08: I'm doing better now I had to go to emergency room tho because yesterday was horrendous | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
