Ate a Turkery Tom. About 30 minutes later felt constant nausea. Administered sublingual zofran without improvement. 5 hours later developed temp of 101 tympanic with forceful non bloody emesis, diffuse abdominal cramping, and watery stool that was persistent for 6 hours. Fever lasted roughly 20 hours. Stool was non bloody. HA, dizziness and mid nausea persisted 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
