I ordered a Beach Club on Wednesday, May 10. Within 2 hours, I started reeling with dizziness and fell flat on my face. Then I started vomiting and couldn't stop. I was unable to stand and had trouble breathing. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, received two bags of IV fluid as well as anti-nausea medication. It is now one week later and I still have anxiety and a queasy stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
