I don’t mean to sound rude whatsoever, but I think body aches is a symptom of the flu. Correct me if I’m wrong, though.

TIP: Hi 6007, thanks for the comment. It is possible to experience aching muscles when you get an infection like food poisoning. This is because your immune system has been activated, which can cause inflammation. There was also nausea in this case, which is common with foodborne illness.
