Additional information: I had the symptoms I just reported to you. On 12/20/023 I ordered a sandwich combo at Jimmy Johns. At the above address. I ate around 1:05am. About 2:00am I felt sick. Vomited three times at work. Had fever and chills. And vomited once just before 9:00am at home.
