My partner and I did the 3 island tour, which included snorkeling and lunch on the boat. Everything else about the tour was fine - my stomach started getting twinges of pain after lunch (probably around an hour after), but I brushed it off. The night after we got back, I woke up at about 4 AM and vomited 3 - 4 times. The next 3 days were HELL. Nonstop going back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea, fever, my whole body felt so awful | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
