To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to report a potential food safety issue following a meal my sister and I had at Jollibee Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, yesterday at approximately 12:00 PM.
Shortly after consuming the food, my younger sister developed a stomachache. I also experienced mild abdominal discomfort, though mine remained manageable. However, my sister's condition has persisted. Despite having her usual light breakfast of oatmeal this morning, March 25, she continued to complain of constant abdominal pain. This afternoon, between 1:00 PM and 5:55 PM, she suffered from diarrhea requiring four diaper changes.
I am reporting this incident to request a sanitation screening and a review of food safety protocols at this specific branch. I hope this investigation ensures the safety of other customers.
