Son came down with severe diahhorea and vomitting after his food from Jones, the grocer (Changi Airport Terminal 2) Doc administered an injection and drip. He had a high fever and was shivering. He was bending over and couldnt walk before we brought him to see the doctor tonight. Doc suspects it is a case of food poisoning. If necessary, we can get our doctor to provide a memo for the condition mentioned. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
