I ate some of Josie's organic spring mix on Sunday and all week long I've had severe abdominal cramping leading to diarrhea painful gas no appetite and diarrhea 5 days later I still have the cramping not as bad as I am not eating and taking Advil for the pain what is going on with this spring mix I got from Costco | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
