I went to Joy East for the first time in years after hearing rumors of bad kitchen service and hygiene, thinking they were only rumors. After eating there, as I left immediately I got nausea and stomach cramps as well as a headache. When I got home, I had horrible diarrhea and vomiting and that was my only meal that day and I would like to know what’s going on there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
