Berry Açai Smoothie Illness - Jugo Juice, Burnaby British Columbia

Had a berry açai smoothie yesterday May 13 after my workout in the morning (did not eat anything before hand) and went home. Halfway through my smoothie I started having severe stomach cramps and started having diarrhea. 2 hours in I had extreme nausea and started vomiting (also I was still having diarrhea and went to the washroom 6 times). I had a slight fever and felt extremely weak. Next day (today, May 14) after I felt a little bit better but still felt extremely weak and fatigued.
