Closure Date: 11-03-2020Cockroach infestation. In a routine inspection Friday, Oct. 30, the facility received an 80/B; among the violations, the inspector saw one live and one dead roach. An inspector returned Nov. 3 for a voluntary rescore inspection. Some of the violations had been fixed so the grade improved, but there were more live roaches so the restaurant was shut down.
