My son (5) ate 2 mccain pizza pockets last night and woke up early this morning and threw up. sometimes if he doesn't eat right away it will happen so i told him to rest a bit then see if he feels ready to get up and eat. he just woke up at around 3pm throwing up and now has diarrhea at the same time. it's the only thing he's eaten that my other kids didn't eat. these are key symptoms of food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
