So on Thursday it was a hot summer day as usual in Texas, and I decided to go there with my best friend, we went and I ordered a medium blue bubble gum snowcone, not only did it stain my mouth, lips, tongue, it stained my clothes too. When I got home I had terrible diarrhea and nausea, I’ve had problems like this from there in the past but never this bad. Today I had blue-ish-green diarrhea and even worse nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Green Stool

So the dye made you poop green, maybe your stomach can't handle all that sugar. Very unlikely for you to get food poisoning from flavored sugar syrup.
