Had paneer at the restaurant on Saturday August 13 during dinner time 7 pm, experienced nausea at 8pm, nausea worsen by 9:30 pm, diarrhea by 10:30pm and vomited all my stomach contents by 11 pm.

Body pain, headache, loss of appetite and general dryness of the mouth or dehydration persisted through out Sunday. Slept most of the day and headache persisted until Monday evening. Appetite has improved by Tuesday but not fully recovered. Sore throat started probably from the bacteria pathogen. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Dehydration, Headache, Loss of Appetite, Sore Throat
