Had a 2 piece meal around 9pm woke up around 2 nauseas . Ended up vomiting and having diahrea for almost 12 hours . Got feveresh and had a ton of aches and pains . 24 hours later still can't eat and stomach still upset . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
