Ate pot pie drank fountain water tasted like poop so got unsweetened tea was the same taste they don't use filtered water the pot pie when I asked I was told is made from old left over chicken it was mushy I got sick an HR later worse than the flu like no other illness weak vomiting diarrhea dry mouth dehydrated couldn't pee nothing but pure pain in my stomach | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
