At dinner there, had diarrhoea after finishing my meal. Didn’t think much about it but when I got home, started feeling bloated and nauseas…tried resting and vomited 3 times between 12am to 4am along with some stomach pain around 3am…since waking up, stomach still feels abit messed up and had diarrhoea again and running a mild fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Bloating
