Grapes Lead to Severe Illness - King Soopers, Littleton Colorado

my husband purchased red grapes from King Soopers I ate some and about 4 hours later began feeling ill. By evening I was vomitting until the following morning. I was unable to keep water down
symptoms started at about 4 hours after consumption. I had stomach cramps, light headedness, severe vomiting, low grade feaver, chills, muscle cramps, dehydration, wasn't able to keep water down, very watery diarreah, diarreah and vomiting sametime | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills, Lightheaded
