I purchased a Costco chicken and it was the only thing I ate on Monday the 19th of November, 2024. I have been sick all night with horrible pain and I have vomited several times. I also have diarrhoea that is uncontrollable. I have taken Amodium AD and drinking Pedialyte. The stomach pain however is horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
