Food Safety Report: Krispy Kreme.

Bought doughnuts from Krispy Kreme, ate approximately 3 or 4 and within an hour, was very ill. I literally thought I was going to die...diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. Not sure if it was food poison, this is the third day and I am still experiencing some symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
