Ritz crackers. Nausea/diarrhea started the morning after I started eating them. Thought I was just fighting a bug. Felt better for a day and didn't make the connection until I was able to keep other foods down/in, but not the Ritz. The vomiting started about an hour after I ate them the second time. I've never had this reaction to them before. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
