I got a pick-5. A simple, yet fulfilling order. I was stoked and high as f*ck for the occasion. The food hit – all seemed well. Until about 7am the next morning. When I tell you that sh*t BIT BACK I mean it. I'm currently writing this at 8am, still stuck on the toilet with diarrhea. When I first got here I projectile vomited into my trash can several times while sh*t was flying out of me. My stomach feels as though it was impregnated and then very violently stomped on. The amount of pain I'm going through right now is more than what I can handle – keeping me here to deal with it would just be cruel. On that note, tell my mom I said I love her. I really lost to a pick-5 from there. Damn. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
