Are a combo at 1130pm on 5-16-2019. Around 330 stomach started grumbling and I had gas pains. Then I started to get a little dizzy and had to do to the rest room. Been going now every 5-10 min, Still going and it’s almost 8pm | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Dizziness
