Bought the ex bar tried after an hour or so I felt the most sharp pain, felt nausea, ran to the bathroom to throw up felt better after… I’ve rArely experienced sharp pains like that and I’m high pain tolerance gal. … this pain hurt so much I was getting nauseous so painful my body forced to throw up.
