I purchased a CM Pizza Breakfast 12ct on 12/2924. My son had 4 slices, myself 3 slices, and my BIL 1 slice. Within 2 hours of consumption my son got violently ill. I took him to the ER at the Marshfield Center where later he was admitted for over a day. Every culture they ran came back negative for popular viruses. He had a high fever, extreme vomiting and diarrhea to the point of dehydration causing him a sepsis alert. Within 24 hours of his episode, I got sick with the same symptoms and extreme nausea, and my BIL the fever and nausea. We all shared the pizza in common. One week later, we are still battling the effects from the GI disturbance. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration
