Family Ill After Shared Meal - La Isla Mexican Restaurant, Hermitage Pennsylvania

all 3 people including a mother, daughter, grandmother had 2 different dishes we split them between us. We ALL 3 came down with very very violent vomiting, stabbing stomach pains, diarrhea that was coming all at the same time. That was the ONLY THE FOOD WE ALL EAT since day before. We are all on our 4th day of this horrible incident and just on this 4th our all 3 of just able to get fluids into ourselves. Dr appointments are going to made if not feeling better by the 5th day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
