Reason: Cockroach infestation, with live adult and baby cockroaches, with evidence "all over the facility," according to inspectors. Improper hot and cold holding temperatures were also potential health problems—the restaurant workers discarded too-cool hotdogs and too-warm cut melons during the inspector's visit. Inspectors said a re-inspection will be needed to ensure the infestation was dealt with to reopen the restaurant.
