On May 10th around 1400 I went into this restaurant to get some food. Walking in I noticed a lot of people eating there so I thought it would be fine. Upon walking up to the cash register I saw them serving food out of large plastic totes which I didn’t think much of. I ordered 4 items, Mango lassi, Chana chat, Somosa and Gil Gappa. I told the food to go and ate it the my hotel. Shortly after eating everything my stomach bloated to the point where it felt like it was going to explode. I started felling my stomach rumble and the constantly feeling of vomiting. Short after I had to run to the toilet. And shortly after that I threw up a lot. I relaxed for a few hours but that feeling of wanting to poop or throw up was constantly there along with the bloating. Later that night I woke up because my stomach che was rumbling so I sat on the toilet. As I tried to push everything out, the vomit came up instead so I had to run to the shower. The whole night I could not sleep. My entire bodying was aching and sweating but I still kept my self covered in my blanket cause I felt cold. I woke up the next morning with a severe headache while lasted until the following morning. Up to this point I have not ate for 2 days and I can not keep and food or liquid down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache, Bloating, Sweating
