The inspector found eight basic, one intermediate and two high priority violations. An inspector found four dead roaches in the dishwashing area, two in the restrooms, two in the office and 25 under the buffet line.
Other basic violations included an accumulation of debris on the exterior of the dishwashing machine, carbon dioxide/helium machines not stores properly, standing water in the reach-in cooler, inadequate ventilation evidenced by smoke in the kitchen, walk-in cooler gaskets soiled with “slimy, mold-like build-up, a wall accumulated with grease or food debris, and an improperly stored mop.
