- comments: observed excessive grease accumulation on side of cooking equipment (grills, fryers, etc. ) must detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.

- comments: observed clear water dripping from pipe behind left toilet in women's restroom in basement. Must repair and keep floors clean and dry.

Must clean and maintain. Found two cooking pot with heavy grease build-up on the exterior surfaces. Instructed to detail clean or replace and maintain. #55 floor in the corner the cabinet and cooler in the front bar area with debris. Instructed to detail clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
