- comments: observed improper dates on prepped tcs foods inside prep coolers and walk in coolers. Must properly label all prepped tcs foods with discard date no more than 7 day from preparation date. Must correct and maintain same. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed excessive grease accumulation on side of cooking equipment (grills, fryers, etc. ) must detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed clear water dripping from pipe behind left toilet in women's restroom in basement. Must repair and keep floors clean and dry.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed large gap between floor/walls in basement near women's restroom. Must seal/install coving to prevent pest entry.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected from report # 2356432, dated 1/9/20. Must corrected the following previously issued core violations: #36 no visible thermometer in some coolers. Instructed to provide. #49 deep fryer interior lower compartment with grease acummulated. Must clean and maintain. Found two cooking pot with heavy grease build-up on the exterior surfaces. Instructed to detail clean or replace and maintain. #55 floor in the corner the cabinet and cooler in the front bar area with debris. Instructed to detail clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
