My stomach felt cramped and bloated yesterday evening which made it difficult to eat proper proportions of food. Today morning has cramps and diarrhea and most of the day consists of feeling nauseated and passed watery stool. Feeling fatigued and my stomach still feels the same. Took and anti diarrhea tablet twice (Lomotil at 11 am IST and 14:00 IST) but has no effect. Don't know what to do. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Fatigue, Bloating
