Woke about about 8 hours after eating the seasme chicken lean cuisine with terrible food poisoning. From 4 am to 8pm it was nonstop diarrhea and occasional vomiting. I was with chills most of the day but later got a fever near the end. I couldn't sleep for the whole day and eventually went to bed around 9pm. Woke up this morning at 5 am with diarrhea and stomach growling. Loss of appetite yesterday and today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Loss of Appetite
