Museum Cafe BLT Illness - Leeds City Museum, England

Today I fainted at 6pm in my local store in Sheffield in a cold sweat and shaking. I felt quite ill. The staff wanted to call an ambulance which I didn't want the fuss - I went home in a taxi and straight to bed. Diarrhea but no vomiting - just very shaky legs, cold sweating, high temperature intermittent. I'm still poorly at 3am and Googling symptoms before I call 111 for advice. Yesterday I had a day out to play at a Piano Concert in Leeds, and had a BLT sandwich at the museum Cafe beforehand at 1pm. I cannot think what else it could be as I haven't eaten since.
