A total of nine critical infractions, including Rodent and insect activity, and food being unprotected from contamination, were identified during Vancouver Coastal Health’s (VCH) inspection on June 28.

VCH’s inspection report also shows Lefong’s premises was not maintained “in a sanitary condition,” temperature records were not being used, a food safety plan was not maintained and procedures in its sanitation plan were not being followed.
