Salad bar, 3 days after eating at the salad bar diarrhea, fatigue, and reddish urine followed by nausea and extreme stomach cramps (I was in fetal position) 4 days after initial diarrhea I had a seizure (only one I’ve ever had so I went to ER). I was admitted to hospital for 4 days/3 nights and my nose was crusted with blood for 3 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Fatigue
