It was temporarily closed on Dec. 26 after inspectors found 16 live roaches in various areas of the kitchen. The hotel was also cited for using a hand washing sink as a dump sink and having stained cutting boards. The following day, inspectors found 12 additional roaches. On Dec. 28, the problem remained with six more roaches found in the kitchen area. The kitchen remained closed until Dec. 30, when it reopened.
