Five mornings in a row beginning Friday White potatoes from Lidl Within 30 minutes of eating white potatoes my bowels would essentially empty everything I've eaten in addition for breakfast including eggs, blueberries and yogurt and banana. It took me the best part of 5 days to realise the potatoes were causing it as I recently bought the potatoes from Lidl, before this I was getting them from Sainsbury's and no issues. I've confirmed this morning that the Sainsbury's potatoes don't cause me the issue I was experiencing with the Lidl potatoes. I'd boil them for 22 minutes so the are certainly cooked properly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
