Bought Salad, Got Sick - LIDL, Gevelsberg Nordrhein-Westfalen

Ate a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, creamy sauce and some bread yesterday. Bought everything from Lidl shortly after consumption, after about 1.5 hours I get chills, vomiting, diarrhea, headache and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
