The ground beef was stored in the refrigerator until processing on 14.09.2022 (to be consumed until 16.09.2022). In fact, it smelled more and more in the refrigerator, we thought it might be one or the other type of vegetable with air holes in the packaging (e.g. peppers, tomatoes). The next morning, severe stomach pain and watery diarrhoea began, which have lasted 3 days so far and unfortunately there is still no end in sight. You therefore have to go to the toilet approximately every 30 minutes day and night. It is possible that the packaging was not correctly sealed. Since my bronchial asthma didn't smell flawlessly right away and the meat only smelled slightly, I had processed half of the 1kg pack into meatballs and unfortunately ate it with my partner.
