ate salad(mix salad from lidl) at a bbq around 3pm on Sunday, came home soon after with a mild headache and nausea. Slept 3h, woke up with chills and headache then sudden thirst and nausea. didn't take any pills to try to let it have its way, but at 11pm i vomited everything out. slept sitting as the reflux acid was still bothering me after, woke up to red dots face. this is 2nd time i vomit this year, after years of none, both times after eating salad mix | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Skin Rash
