We went food shopping at here on March 14th 2022 and we cooked a whole chicken for dinner the same night we bought it. Whole family woke up with diarrhea, vomiting and very bad stomach cramps. Suspect food poisoning | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Seems more like a cooking issue . Perhaps some particles of the chicken raw juices landed in some of your dishes or silverware while handling the raw chicken?
