Montbazillac chicken with morel sauce, My daughter and my son-in-law ate this dish last night and less than an hour later my daughter had a malaise, then vomited and had diarrhea accompanied by fever. My son-in-law reported the same symptoms later that night. Both are still very sick this morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
