Bakery Illness: Spinach Burek - LIDL, Krompachy Košický kraj

After my boyfriend and I had eaten a spinach sandwich and a piece of pudding from the bakery counter, it all started about 3-4 hours later. It's been coming out of all openings for 24 hours now and I still have fever, chills and body aches.
Apart from these pieces, we didn't share anything that day. Hence our suspicion of the Lidl bread counter. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
