I ate a mini salami pizza made from baked goods in Lidl, within 3-4 hours I got increasingly nausea, stomach cramps, and also had to regurgitate constantly. I have chills cramps, vomited several times. I had to be picked up from work because I still had such dizziness attacks. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
