LiquiD'action Jonquière is recalling chicken nuggets and smoked salmon due to missing safety information on packaging. The products were sold at the company's location in Jonquière, Quebec.AFFECTED PRODUCTS
PRODUCT: "2 kg kibble"
- Format: Unitary
- Packaging: Clear plastic bag
- Lot Targeted: All products whose label or packaging does not include cooking instructions and a statement that the product is raw
- Sold frozen.
PRODUCT: "Smoked salmon"
- Format: Unitary
- Packaging: Placed on a black and gold cardboard tray, wrapped in plastic film.
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not include the statement "Keep frozen until use"
- Sold frozen.
The products subject to this warning were offered for sale until March 17, 2026, inclusive.
The recall, classified as Class I, was initiated voluntarily by the company in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) on March 17, 2026.
